Packages may occasionally take longer to arrive in the destination country due to country-specific custom processing and may take up to four weeks for some countries.

Fuss-Free 7-Days Return Policy

We offer a fuss-free return and refund if you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason.

Simply reach out to us at hello@5to5skin.com to request a refund within 7 days of receiving your items and let us know the reason. We will refund your full money back (less shipping cost). You will have to return all items purchased and arrange for return shipment to our warehouse.

Extended 30-Days Return Policy

We offer 30 days return and refund policy if you have changed your mind or received the wrong items from us.

Don't hesitate to contact us at hello@5to5skin.com within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know the reason. All items must be unused and unopened from their original packaging, with the seal intact. We refund used or opened products past the 7-days fuss-free return window. 

You will have to return all items purchased and arrange for return shipment to our warehouse. We will refund your full money back (less shipping cost) after receiving the items in our facility.
